Students are able to change their contact details (change of address, name, citizenship) as described below. These database changes take effect immediately.

Go to https://www.tu-berlin.de/login_pw and access the system with your TU Berlin-Login. You will need to enter your tubIT-ID, tubIT-Password and a TAN.

If your enrollment status is pending and you have not received a tubIT-I/access or are unable to log in to change your contact details, please

1. submit your updated address at Campus Center during office hours or
2. drop your request into the mailbox of Servicebereich Bachelor or Servicebereich Master

Please note:

• Requests containing a name change due to marriage or change of nationality need to contain proper proof (supporting official documents).
• Incomplete requests (missing personal signature or student ID number or applicants number) cannot be processed.
• Requests via e-mail or phone will not be accepted.
